“We had an excellent experience working with Make-it-Wright. We purchased a heat pump to replace our furnace, and it’s worked out extremely well. Mathew, the head of the company, came out for the initial site visit, and his recommendation was intelligent and concise. There was absolutely no hard sell or off putting fast talk, and Matthew came across as a trustworthy straight shooter. We ended up going with a top-of-the-line Mitsubishi unit, which we’ve been quite happy with. We did have to wait a couple of months because of the backlog of work they had, but the installation was on time as planned. In the course of the work, Mathew discovered that the ductwork needed some major changes, and he put in the necessary extra time at no extra charge. He was very hands-on, and he and his crew as well as the subcontractors were all courteous and professional, and I appreciated that they worked clean and did not leave a mess behind them.
